3. Eligibility & User Accounts

  • Age Requirement: By using this website or purchasing our products, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process to ensure successful order fulfillment and delivery.

4. Online Storefront & Orders

  • Paystack Hosted Store: Our online storefront and checkout interface are hosted securely by Paystack at https://paystack.shop/edfre-cereals. When you shop with us, your order and payment transactions are completed via Paystack’s hosted interface.
  • Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, packaging sizes, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.
  • Nutritional Disclaimer: Information on our website, blog, or store is for general nutritional and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider for specific dietary concerns or allergies.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Ghana Cedi (GHS) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment Processing: All online transactions (via Mobile Money, Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer) are processed securely through Paystack Payments Limited. Edfre Foods does not store, process, or have direct access to your payment card credentials or Mobile Money PINs.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Scope: We deliver within Ghana and selected regional locations as indicated on our storefront.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery timelines provided during checkout are estimates. While we aim to fulfill orders promptly, Edfre Foods is not liable for minor delays caused by third-party logistics providers, traffic, or unforeseen events.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon successful delivery to the address or contact person provided during checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Perishable Goods Policy: Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are strictly limited to the following circumstances:
    1. The product delivered was damaged, defective, or expired upon receipt.
    2. An incorrect item was delivered.
  • Reporting Window: Issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Page or official support channels, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.
  • Refund Execution: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (Mobile Money or Bank Card) via Paystack within 5–7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on edfrefoods.com—including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, trade dress, blog articles, and brand assets—is the property of Edfre Foods and is protected by Ghanaian and international intellectual property laws. Content may not be reproduced, modified, or republished without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ghanaian law, Edfre Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or consumption of products beyond the direct purchase price of the items involved.
